Return Policy

We offer free returns within a 14-day grace period for eligible purchases. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags securely attached. All original packaging—including the jewelry box and microfiber pouch—must also be included.

Returns missing original packaging are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, log into your account, locate the order/item you wish to return, and submit your return request. Once approved, a complimentary return label will be sent to your email.

Please note:
• Items showing signs of wear or tampering will be returned to the sender.
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
